Specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises focus on segmented markets, have strong innovation capabilities, master certain core technologies, and have good quality and efficiency. In June of this year, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Finance jointly launched a new round of specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative support policies. The first batch of more than 1000 key ‘little giant’ enterprises were supported by the central government to create new momentum, tackle new technologies, and develop new products (the ‘three new’), and strengthen the supporting capabilities of the industrial chain (the ‘one strong’).
According to the “Notice of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on Further Supporting the High Quality Development of Specialized, Refined, Unique and New Small and Medium sized Enterprises”, the “Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Issuing the Special Fund Budget for the Development of Small and Medium sized Enterprises in 2024” and relevant regulations on fund use, on December 2, 2024, the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a new round of funding allocation plan for a batch of key “Little Giant” enterprises in Jiangxi Province. The central government funds will support “Little Giant” enterprises in key fields to build “three new and one strong”, and Zhongke Xinxing was successfully shortlisted. This honor is not only a high recognition of the company’s outstanding performance in the field of ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene, but also injects strong new momentum into its future development.
